Xenvalis offers free cancellations up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled check-in. Please note that different conditions may apply during:
- Peak seasons
- Special events
- Group bookings
- Promotional offers
Cancellation Fees
Cancellation charges depend on the timing of your cancellation:
- More than 48 hours before check-in: Full refund
- 24 to 48 hours before check-in: 50% of the first night’s stay
- Less than 24 hours before check-in: Full charge for the first night
- No-show: Full charge for the entire stay
Refund Process
When a refund is applicable:
- Credit card refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days
- Bank transfers may take 7 to 14 business days
- Refunds will be returned via the original payment method
Special Circumstances
We may provide flexible cancellation options in cases such as:
- Medical emergencies (with valid documentation)
- Natural disasters
- Travel restrictions
- Interruptions to hotel services
